Acrylic emulsion type of protective sealer undercoat. It is dilutable with water and dries to give a clear, impermeable and tough film. It prevents the absorption and diffusion of moisture on surfaces such as concrete walls and plas­ters. Topcoats applied over Starlite Sealer are protected from alkali and moisture attacks from the inside wall surfaces, and thus gives lasting beautiful colors retention without problems of surface defects. As it also contains fungicide, this Sealer protects the surfaces against growth of fungi under tropical and humid environment.
