Superior quality acrylic based emulsion undercoat paint for masonry. It is very important to prevent the topcoat film from attacks of alkali materials especially for the new and also old repainted wall surfaces. For example, walls like asbestos-slates, absorb water causing efflorescence.  This is prevented by using Starlite Primer; the deterioration and damage of the painted wall are thus reduced.
